AMINO ACID

After last week's tiring ‪ ‎workouts at the field, though my ‪ ‎stats were far better than my ‪ ‎expectations, I ‪ ‎stretched my limits and broke my record last ‪ ‎Sunday but still something was missing from my workouts was the‪ ‎recovery. As it is said 'A smart workout includes 30% workout, 70% ‪ ‎diet and 100%  recovery'. 

So for the recovery I started with ‪ ‎BCAA; for those who don't understand BCAA - abbreviates for branched Chain ‪ ‎amino ‪ ‎acids, the ultimate power puch for the ‪ ‎protein ‪ ‎metabolism in the circle. My stack of Amino acid includes hydrolyzed whey protein (the building block of the muscles) ‪ ‎L-Luicine and ‪ ‎Taurine whih is good for the ‪ ‎cholesterol and body fat control and to add upon the cherry it is ‪ ‎Aspartame free.
